TERMS OF SERVICE
▶It's my right to not accept a commission.
▶Saturdays and Sundays are my days off from attending social networks.
▶ Please don’t pay me till I agree for your commission.
▶ I won't start with your commission until the full payment is done. (if want to make partial payments tell me to reach an agreement)
▶ Prioritizing your commission to deliver on a prompt date has an extra cost.
▶ I can make changes on the sketche WIP sent, but after sketch is approved the changes on the illustration have extra charge.
▶Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use. Remember give me credits by tagging me (@FaniniDraws) or writing "Art by FaniniDraws".
▶do not feed or train the AI with my work.
▶【 Price may change depending of factors as the complexity and details of the character desing, quantity of characters, deadline, wanting to purchase comercial rights, additional props, etc.】
▶ Feel free to ask for commissions outside of the examples shown!
I also do Gifs , 2D Animations , Motion Graphics , Concept Art , Character Design , Stickers , ...
▶ I may post WIPS of your commission or the finished commission with a water mark on my Social Media (if you do not wish to post the commissions just let me know).
▶By sending money to me, you are agreeing to these terms automatically. It is your responsibility to read through my TOS, and I reserve the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time, depending on circumstances. Any and all refund or refusal circumstances will be clearly communicated.
COMMISSION FORM
Once you have checked the commission of your choice and agreed with the tos click on the "Mail me" button for send me a mail with the next information please (You can copy the text!). All the information is of so much help for provide you a precise work for your like.
What Style and Size would you want for your commission?
Provide a description of the idea you have for the commission. (the composition, the expressions, pose or action you want, etc.)
Visual References. (Pictures of Character Sheet, Color Palette, Composition examples, Poses, etc.)
Important details to add.
How will you be using this commission? (Personal, Monetized content, Commercial merchandising)
May I publicly stream / share the work with credit?

➋ Once the payment is made I will start with the commission! Your order will go to the "IN PROCESS" section in my Trello Queue
➌I will send you a sketch so you can tell me if there is something to correct or change/add to the pose and idea of the drawing.
➌ Once the rough sketch is corrected and aproved I continue with the work until it's finished and is sent to you via e-mail in HQ.
